As a RevOps Manager at Mediafly, you will play a crucial role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our GTM systems and marketing operations. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to optimize the lead funnel and demand waterfall, ensuring a seamless journey from web visitor to customer. Your expertise with integration of GTM systems with will enable you to develop strong operational processes, measurement strategies, and data flow documentation to support and enhance our marketing initiatives. Collaborating with key stakeholders across various departments, you will manage projects with measurable impact, while continuously improving and expanding our GTM (Go-to-Market)

Responsibilities of a RevOps Manager:

  • Work with our marketing and sales teams to become an expert on the company's lead funnel and demand waterfall — from web visitor to customer and everything in between
  • Develop and own the measurement strategy, detailing how our internal processes can support and grow with our marketing team.
  • Establish strong operational processes based on best practices within Salesforce and our integrated tools. Create and maintain data flow and process documentation.
  • Support the marketing operations vision and help build a business case to execute on, and be able to quantify the impact of the continued maturity of our marketing operations function
  • Collaborate closely with key marketing, sales, product, finance, legal, and executive stakeholders across the organization to manage projects with measurable impact
  • Design and implement improvements to our existing GTM system architecture to holistically support our Marketing, Sales, Success, Partnerships, and Support teams
  • Gather requirements, manage a systems development roadmap, and implement solutions via scheduled deployments to meet GTM stakeholder needs and optimize our GTM processes and dataflows
  • Administer, configure, and build upon enterprise applications, automations, and integrations with a best-of-breed suite of tools and an affinity for low-code/no-code development
  • Create necessary data feedback loops across systems with a focus on providing customer data to Marketing and Sales via CX systems.
  • Oversee the management of licenses across all systems working closely with procurement and finance to ensure licenses for new hires and removal of licenses from departed employees
  • Guide day-to-day operational aspects of business systems, including administration, configuration, training, and documentation. Provide front level support on all systems and work with IT when necessary to resolve stakeholder issues.
  • Support Revenue Enablement with training and content necessary for systems training of end users
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, perspective, and training to team members


  • Bachelor Degree
  • US based
  • 2+ experience in Marketing Operations
  • Familiar with and workflows between it and marketing automation platforms; with admin certification a plus
  • Experience managing HubSpot Marketing Automation; admin certification a plus
