Mediafly is looking for a Creative Project Delivery Manager who will be responsible for maintaining clear channels of communication between our clients, consultants and creative team to ensure we deliver the highest quality content possible. This role creates the opportunity to separate the consultant from the day-to-day management of a complex project, thus allowing them to focus on other responsibilities with more efficiency.

Responsibilities of a Project Delivery Manager:

Take over project post sales order/SoW and begin working with Creative Team
Work with the Account Director through the discovery and storyboarding process to they're familiar with the project brief
Partner with the Creative Team to allocate the project to the appropriate designer and share the design brief, storyboard and relevant clients assets
Oversee the project timeframe, scheduling meetings with the client and ensuring assets are gathered from the client in time to meet the planned delivery
Provide mark-up changes to the file based on client feedback in meetings and bring in the Account Director when larger changes are needed that impact the larger story
Provide the marked-up files to the designer, and check the returned file ahead of sharing with the client
Manage hand-over of the project to Customer Success team if required
The position may involve occasional travel, accounting for approximately 10% of the role's responsibilities.

We would love to work with you if:

2-5 years of experience
Previous experience working in a creative or agency environment preferred
Ability to spearhead project management of projects while having an excellent attention to detail on project tasks and client work
Comfortable with working on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent organizational skills and communication internally and externally with the client
Customer focused and professional approach
Strong desire for continuous improvement
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, specifically PowerPoint
Ideally familiar with project management tools including Trello
Previous experience working in a creative or agency environment preferred
