Who we are:
At Mediafly, we help the world’s top revenue teams work smarter and achieve measurable impact. Our platform brings together sales enablement, content, and performance insights so sellers have the coaching, tools, and intelligence they need to succeed. By weaving value selling into every workflow, we empower teams to accelerate deal cycles, boost win rates, and prove ROI.
For you, that means joining a company where innovation meets purpose—where your work helps businesses deliver more meaningful buyer experiences and drives results that truly matter. You’ll be part of a collaborative, growth-focused team that values expertise, creativity, and human connection.
Read this first: Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other marginalized groups tend to only apply when they check every box. If you think you have what it takes, but don't necessarily meet every single point on the job description, please apply. We'd love to have a chat to see what skills/experiences you are able to bring to this team.
Do you love solving tough engineering challenges and want to shape how AI is used in real products? At Mediafly, you’ll build features that help revenue teams around the world sell smarter and you’ll do it with a collaborative, remote-first team that values creativity, curiosity, and growth.
We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer who’s excited to design, ship, and scale AI-powered features while also contributing across our complete tech stack which includes Python, Node.js, React, Java and C#. If you’re eager to learn, experiment, and have real impact, we want to hear from you, even if you don’t tick every box.
This role is hands-on and influential. You’ll shape architecture, experiment with new ideas, and see them through to production. The features you ship will directly improve how thousands of sales professionals close deals every day. Your contributions won’t be lost in the noise; they’ll help define what’s next.
AND you’ll have opportunities to explore leadership paths, work on greenfield AI features, and grow your expertise in AI, cloud and DevOps.
Responsibilities of a Senior Software Engineer:
- Design and integrate AI workflows into customer-facing products using agent-like architectures or orchestration frameworks (e.g., LLamaIndex, LangChain)
- Optimize LLM-powered features for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. This may include prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and evaluation of system quality—not necessarily model fine-tuning.
- Work fullstack to build scalable, observable, and maintainable web application features.
- Architect and implement APIs, databases, and cloud services to support both AI and traditional product features.
- Lead and collaborate on all portions of the SDLC including technical discovery to break down large, complex, and ambiguous problems into clear, actionable initiatives and tasks to drive successful outcomes.
- Champion engineering quality, ensuring solutions are testable, observable, maintainable, and secure.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices.
You will be successful in this role with (Required):
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2–3 years building SaaS products.
- Fullstack development skills in Python, Node.js, and React (or similar modern frameworks).
- Experience developing with AI systems—this could include LLM integrations, AI-powered search, vector databases, RAG pipelines or even an agent-driven hobbyist project.
- System design experience, with a track record of building scalable, reliable, and secure architectures.
- Collaborative mindset: you communicate clearly, value feedback, and enjoy working with product, design, and infrastructure partners.
- Curiosity and problem-solving: you dig into complex systems, make them better, and balance pragmatism with long-term thinking.
Nice to Haves:
- Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.) and prompt/embedding design.
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices (especially AWS).
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools (Datadog, Grafana, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with search technologies like OpenSearch or Elasticsearch.
- A product mindset: you care about user experience, business impact, and the “why” behind the features.
- Interest in emerging AI technologies and shaping how they’re applied in real-world SaaS products.
Location and Work Setup
This is a 100% remote position with a collaborative team that values flexibility and trust. We use modern communication and collaboration tools to stay connected and productive across time zones.
