We are seeking a Director to lead the Partner Solutions team responsible for growing relationships with channel partners — including fintechs, financial publishers, neobanks and more. In this role, you will own the success and health of partners on Engine by MoneyLion's network including overarching strategies, core team management activities & internal cross functional collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Drive overarching strategic plans for long term growth including GTM plans, partner segmentation approach, network level analysis & optimization, product enhancements, and cross functional operations
  • Own team planning and staffing plans in support of growth; identify, recruit, hire, onboard and develop talent
  • Establish employee performance criteria including individual goals & objectives
  • Manage the Partner Solutions team to grow revenue and deepen relationships with Even’s current channel partners
  • Lead initiatives to meet KPIs including financial targets, partner satisfaction ratings, operational efficiency and velocity, and employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze performance to identify insights, areas of opportunity, and recommendations; package and present findings, go forward plans, partner strategies and playbook driving alignment across constituents
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders in Executive and C-Suite and serve as point of escalation for partner issues
  • Create and enhance processes to increase team efficiency and enable for scale including improvements to new employee onboarding, workflow processes, platforms and tooling, documentation, and more
  • Coach and develop partner managers to meet client needs including goal setting and alignment, delegation and workflow, and enhancing team culture
  • Serve as internal subject matter expert including information share-outs and education sessions as well as advocating for partner & team needs to secure resources and inform the product development roadmap
  • Drive influence and collaborate cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders, including Sales & Business Development, Product, Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering
  • Proactively identify partnership, process, product, and other opportunities, requirements & barriers that impact team success; work cross-functionally to develop business cases, advocate for solutions, and deliver meaningful growth initiatives

Qualifications

  • 5 - 7+ years of experience in an account/partner management function with relevant experience in Financial Services, FinTech, AdTech, Tech SaaS or related space
  • At least 3+ years proven track record in leading an account management team to drive revenue growth, deepen partner relationships, and empower staff
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire teams including ability to define and communicate expectations, gain alignment, delegate and provide direction, manage bandwidth and enhance team culture
  • Excellent written & verbal communication, organization and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to drive advocacy and influence, with an emphasis on building internal and external relationships, including Executive and C-Suite
  • Excellent analytical skills to uncover key trends and opportunities leveraging performance data, context, and experience to drive recommendations and business outcomes
  • Ability to operate pro-actively, autonomously, and with little direction in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of various technologies to build partnerships (e.g. API’s, HTML, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Proficient in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
