We’re looking for an experienced JavaScript developer that is proficient in Web UI framework and NodeJs based API and is passionate in building software. Your primary focus will be developing resilient solutions for any parts of the MoneyLion web ecosystem, implementing user interface components, ensuring UI/UX meets the standard as per expectation and integrating API with our NodeJs application. You will be part of the frontend web team in ensuring the overall MoneyLion web ecosystem with different layers of infrastructure is robust and feasible to maintain. Key Responsibilities

• Identify high-level architectural problems, design and propose resilient technical solutions based on the overall web ecosystem.
• Get aligned with given business requirements and define technical specifications for it, setting a direction for the team to work towards the business goals from a technical perspective.
• Work alongside with our engineering team to plan and create new features related to the frontend web system.
• Build resilient UI components and front-end libraries.
• Write unit and integration tests for our web application.
• Contribute to developing best practices for continuous integration and deployment.
• Consistently keeping user documentation up to date with any new planned feature, design patterns, architectural changes or knowledge sharing.
• Consistently improving maintainability and stability of our web application for benchmarking and achieving optimal performance of the features that were shipped by ensuring the core web vitals meet the standard.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues that occur in our web application.
• Mentor junior engineers proactively, empowering them to grow and develop in their software engineer career path.

About You

• 3+ years of working experience as a software engineer.
• Proven experience in building workable web applications or managing web application projects.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, experience with Typescript is a plus.
• Strong understanding of UI libraries such as React, Angular, Vue, etc, state management libraries and its core principles and the overall lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of building a NodeJs application and have experience in working with API integration and third party libraries.
• Strong familiarity with modern frontend CI/CD pipelines and development tools.
• Strong understanding and have experience with agile development.
• Ability to collaborate with a cross functional team.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• You have a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
