This role is a hybrid role located in NYC with 3+ days a week required in the office.
MoneyLion is headquartered in New York City, with offices in Sioux Falls, and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and we also support remote team members around the globe.
About the Role
Looking for a Senior Enterprise Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the success of MoneyLion's Enterprise Marketing function. In this role, you'll thrive in a challenging yet creative environment, collaborating with teams across the company, including Sales, Product, Account Management, and Strategy. You will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales team within specific, targeted segments. You will also be responsible for developing and executing on content strategies geared toward elevating the MoneyLion and Engine by MoneyLion brands for sustainable growth in terms of partners, revenue, and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive target account strategy to support account-based selling, focusing on both new logos and existing opportunities.
Create and execute pipeline generation and acceleration programs tailored to specific targeted segments and accounts.
Lead B2B content strategy initiatives that align with market tactics, brand development, and thought leadership including coordinating content calendars.
Creating annual and quarterly marketing plans and targets for targeted sales accounts and contacts, with a focus on new business acquisition and accelerating existing opportunities.
Working closely with sales to identify sales enablement needs
Analyzing the impact of marketing activities to identify optimization opportunities and continuously improve results.
Oversee CRM and Martech to define target personas and maintain segment profiles for effective alignment of marketing and sales strategies.
Ensure operational excellence across marketing functions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 5-7 years of professional marketing experience, with a preference for high-tech B2B demand generation, ABM, or field marketing roles.
A demonstrated history of increasing company revenue and awareness through effective marketing efforts.
Experience building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using marketing automation tools and Salesforce.
Previous campaign management experience and knowledge of attribution modeling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with targeting, segmentation, and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand generation campaigns.
A strong understanding of how to use inbound marketing and content marketing to generate more qualified leads.
Familiarity with the technical sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth.

- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities/deadlines, while staying hyper-organized.
The annual base salary for the Sr. Enterprise Marketing Manager is expected to be between $130,000 to $150,000. Base salary is one component of MoneyLion's total compensation package, which includes annual discretionary bonus eligibility, equity, 401(k) match, multiple health insurance options, disability coverage, life insurance, and unlimited paid time off for salaried positions. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies related to the role.
