About the Role

MoneyLion has a centralized marketing stack, one such that it keeps all distributed marketing effort synchronous and elevated in the means of data enablement. Like a village, each of us have our own responsibilities to provide, but we form specialized teams to achieve a greater goal. These specialized teams consist of marketing, product, engineering experts, and marketing technology converge them.

The responsibilities of marketing technology is clear, it is provisioning the ability to market. Not common, but it is also the main engine to translate and execute ideas across different team - engineer, product and marketing. When all of these works synchronously, it sets a state of excellence, a benchmark that outdo competitors.

This role will be governing and continuously enable the core platform that powers analytics, marketing and engineering. He/she will be driving crucial processes to ensure operational excellence while exploring and activating the next-gen marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Alongside the Growth, Marketing, Analytics team, be measured on the continuous improvement in customer conversions throughout our funnel, and the total number finding success in launching and growing their operations
  • Understand and be able to identify trends and opportunities in Martech solutions in FinTech industry
  • Work cross-functionally with Group Engineering, Group Product and GTM Integrations to ensure organisational engineering standards are maintained
  • Induct product managers, engineers and marketers on the tracking and data stacks
  • Configure and implement tracking solutions such as Segment, GTM, OneLink and other attribution tracking tools.
  • Configure and implement new features in communication / CRM platforms
  • Configure and implement data services tools such as Segment, Amplitude, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer and Google Marketing tools

About You

  • Technical competency (1-3 years) : You have managed marketing projects, implemented marketing / growth tech solutions across multiple environments previously. Examples include Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, Braze, Autopilot, Hubspot, Salesforce, Optimizely, Branch, Appsflyer, Facebook Conversion API, Tune, Adjust etc
  • Natural problem solver: You look for ways to creatively solve problems with out-of-the-box thinking with existing features
  • Excellent technical communicator: You have great experience convincing other technical stakeholders or team members on why your solution/idea is sound and why they should accept and adopt it
  • Accountability & autonomy: You operate independently, are comfortable making and being accountable for important technical decisions, and are motivated by an internal drive for excellence. You are the subject matter expert of your craft and level-up the teams around you
  • Bonus if you have: experience on Segment CDP platform, enterprise CRM platform and mobile marketing attribution platform and experience on leading enterprise scale projects
