Mission & Goals:
Our mission is to create intuitive, reliable, and engaging user interfaces that support our products used by millions of people worldwide.
We aim to continuously improve the quality, performance, and usability of our web applications while adopting modern front-end practices and technologies.
Objectives:
Develop and implement new user-facing features that enhance overall user experience
Ensure technical feasibility and optimization of UI/UX designs
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code to support scalable development
Maintain and improve existing web content to ensure a seamless user experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and stakeholders
Actively contribute ideas that improve efficiency, tooling, and development processes
Competencies:
Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in front-end development
HTML & CSS: Strong proficiency in semantic HTML and modern CSS techniques
JavaScript: Solid understanding of JavaScript and best practices for readable and maintainable code
Asynchronous workflows: Experience working with asynchronous requests and data handling
Version control: Practical knowledge of Git for version control and team collaboration
React: Experience with React is a strong advantage
General development principles: Understanding of structured code and basic programming concepts used in modern front-end development
