As Director of Product Management for our Global Utilities Portfolio (including Norton, Avast, AVG, and CCleaner), you will define the multi-year product vision, translate it into actionable strategies, and deliver measurable business impact. You’ll lead a team of high-performing Product Managers—and collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and Marketing—to deliver seamless, trusted, and intelligent experiences across desktop and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Set and execute product vision and priorities to ensure world-class utilities products are delivered to market.
Own and evolve the portfolio strategy across multiple brands—balancing near-term performance and long-term innovation by solving the most urgent customer needs.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in utilities, privacy, and security technologies to identify new opportunities and shape future demand.
Drive operational excellence across adoption, engagement, retention, monetization, and brand penetration objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to define clear value propositions, positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
Champion alignment and accountability within a global matrix organization—ensuring all teams are focused on key priorities and delivering outcomes that matter.
What We’re Looking For
8+ years in product management within a global, technology-driven organization.
3+ years in a senior product leadership role, driving growth through consumer SaaS or software ecosystems.
Proven success operating and delivering results in a complex, matrixed environment.
Experience building AI-powered, agentic, or on-device intelligent experiences, or leading products emphasizing privacy-first client-side technologies.
Strong business acumen and a data-driven mindset—able to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
Exceptional communication, influence, and leadership skills to inspire cross-functional collaboration.
