Director, Corporate Development & Strategic Partnerships

Key responsibilities:
- Proactively source, research, and evaluate partnership and acquisition opportunities, including market mapping, target identification, and initial outreach.
- Build and maintain detailed financial, and valuation models, including scenario and sensitivity analyses.
- Prepare clear, concise materials (memos, models, decks) to support investment decisions by senior leadership.
- Lead direct negotiations with partners and acquisition targets, owning deal structure, valuation, and commercial terms.
- Manage the full transaction lifecycle, coordinating diligence, approvals, documentation, and closing across legal, finance, product, compliance, accounting, and operations.
- Work closely with functional teams to define integration or operating plans, especially for independently operated subsidiaries.
- Track and analyze the ongoing performance of partners and acquired businesses; build and own dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
- Review existing partnerships to identify concrete expansion, optimization, or renegotiation opportunities, and execute approved changes.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, science, or related field.
- 6–10+ years in investment banking, corporate development, or transaction-focused roles; 2–4 years Investment Banking experience required.
- Direct experience driving deals end-to-end, including M&A and/or partnerships.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills; able to build models independently.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented; comfortable working hands-on in ppt, excel, and contracts.
- Self-starter who thrives in lean, fast-moving environments.
- Able to work independently while collaborating across functions.
