About The Role:
We build scalable, efficient, and robust services to detect and mitigate online threats.
This is a summer internship position running from July 1 to September 30.
Our team of eight engineers specializes in high-performance microservices deployed primarily in Kubernetes, written mainly in Rust and Python, with a strong focus on anti-scam and anti-phishing features.
In this role, you will:
Work alongside experienced engineers on real-world cybersecurity challenges
Gain hands-on experience with microservices, databases, and cloud infrastructure processing thousands of requests per second
Contribute to the development, testing, deployment, and monitoring of features within our stack
Learn and apply technologies such as Kubernetes, Git, Unix tools, and scripting
Explore new technologies and performance optimizations with support and mentorship from the team
About You:
You have strong programming fundamentals in any language (e.g., Rust, Python, C++, Java)
You have basic knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized environments.
You understand databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
You are familiar with Git, Unix, and command-line tools.
You are eager to learn, adapt quickly, and take on new challenges.
Nice to have:
Advanced knowledge of Rust or Python.
Experience with cloud computing and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with high-performance or distributed systems.
