About The Role:
We are pioneering an AI-first development culture. Every aspect of our product development lifecycle is infused with AI adoption—from ideation and design to coding, testing, and deployment. Our mission is to lead the industry in AI-powered mobile innovation.
Quality assurance represents a critical leverage point for AI-driven productivity in mobile engineering. In this role, you will help transform QA into a strategic, AI-enabled function that drives both velocity and quality across the mobile engineering organization.
In this role, you will:
Build and mentor a world-class mobile QA engineering team, ensuring high-impact Android and iOS applications meet the highest quality standards for millions of users worldwide.
Champion AI-first testing practices, leveraging tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, and generative testing frameworks to automate test creation, optimize test coverage, accelerate bug detection, and elevate product quality.
Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to define and drive a comprehensive quality assurance strategy for mobile products.
Lead the evolution of test automation frameworks and infrastructure, leveraging AI to create intelligent, maintainable, and scalable test suites.
Foster a quality-first mindset across the mobile engineering organization, positioning QA as a strategic partner rather than a bottleneck.
Remove blockers, set clear priorities, and enable your team to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, global environment.
About You:
You are an inspiring leader who attracts and develops top talent, leads by example, communicates clearly, and builds trust through authenticity and competence
You have an AI-native mindset and believe in AI’s transformative potential for quality assurance as a force multiplier, not a replacement
You bring deep technical expertise in mobile QA across Android and/or iOS, including understanding of device fragmentation, OS-specific challenges, and robust test strategy design
You are a hands-on manager who stays connected to the work, writes test code, and understands the day-to-day realities of your team
You have experience with programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Swift, or Python
You are curious and continuously learning, especially in AI tooling for QA, mobile testing innovations, and team dynamics
You thrive in cross-functional collaboration and build strong relationships with product, engineering, design, and DevOps teams
You are a strategic quality builder who shapes team culture, establishes meaningful quality metrics, and drives continuous improvement
