Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Solution Engineer to join our team at Overhaul. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing complex IT solutions that meet business needs for process definition, automation, and business intelligence reporting. The candidate will work directly with the Overhaul CIO and the VP of IT, collaborate closely with departmental stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to ensure that the solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

Job Duties

• Must possess excellent client facing skills and communicate effectively to facilitate planning, designing, develop and implement various Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and integrations with a variety of other cloud hosted services to solve complex business issues.
• Develop and deploy solutions for operational teams.
• Monitor and measure the performance and effectiveness of deployed solutions to support the business and identify future opportunities for improvement.
• Provide performance and statistical reports to leadership as needed.
• Understand and maintain a highly secure environment through proper security configuration, and monitoring.
• Help establish policies around the proper use of end user cloud services and support.
• Practical Cloud product experience with configuration, administration, and deploying solutions for AWS and Azure technologies focused on End User Collaboration offerings.
• Develop integrations and automation between for a variety of cloud services including but not limited to Azure, Box, Keeper Security, Miro, Jira, Slack, Zoom, Asana, Zendesk, and customize features available through browser.
• Strong practical experience in the use of PowerShell, C Sharp, Python, SQL, and Pearl or equivalent languages.
• Ability to work intuitively and independently on tasks, along or as part of a team with strong organization skills and ability to prioritize, plan and multitask work assignments within deadlines, timelines, and budget.
• Ability to secure, harden, and perform automated documentation classifications and audits as needed.
• Directly assists in the development of a solutions architecture program including departmental roadmaps and project portfolios for Information Systems architecture.

• Experience with Exchange 365 administration
• Experience with Power BI
• Experience with Azure AD administration
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, AZURE, O365)
• Requires minimum 5 years related work experience in excess of degree requirements
  
  

Pluses

• Prior experience managing Teams in an Enterprise environment.
• Understanding or experience with Hardware Security Modules
• Understanding or experience with Intune
• Prior experience with business data pipelines incorporating disparate SaaS services to a reporting infrastructure
  
  

Certifications and Education

• Associate degree: Applied Technology or related field (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree: Computer Science, MIS or related field (Preferred) or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge to a major in such fields is required
