What You'll Be Doing:
We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Revenue Operations & Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management teams to optimize our revenue operations and drive organizational success. Your expertise in Salesforce administration and revenue operations will enable you to support strategic planning, streamline processes, and deliver valuable insights across the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce administration, configuration, and optimization
- Manage Salesforce configuration, user accounts, data integrity, and integrations, ensuring compliance with security and privacy regulations.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership to analyze pipeline metrics, quota attainment, and forecasting
- Develop and automate reports and dashboards to support Sales, Customer Success and Leadership decision-making
- Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot system integrations, documenting processes, policies and configurations.
- Analyze sales pipeline, forecast performance, and track quotas. Automate these reporting and data analysis workflows to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
- Automate sales processes, optimize lead management and post-sale handoff
- Manage team commissions and enable sales team effectiveness through strategic enablement initiatives.
- Track financial performance across QuickBooks and Stripe, collaborating with finance to ensure alignment with business operations.
- Identify revenue optimization opportunities through data analysis and strategic planning.
- Support forecasting and capacity planning to align with strategic goals
- Execute lead campaigns using Outreach.io and Apollo and drive marketing engagement with tracking enhancements
- Coordinate contract revisions, vendor setup, and non-standard deal governance managing relationships with Salesforce vendors for ongoing support and enhancements.
- Conduct security and compliance reviews for deals
- Lead onboarding and enablement for sales teams by training them on Salesforce and integrated tools promoting user adoption through engagement initiatives.
- Stay updated on new Salesforce features and products, evaluating their potential impact on Overhaul and participating in strategic planning sessions.
- 3+ years of comprehensive Salesforce experience, with certification
- Proven track record in SaaS sales operations and revenue management
- Demonstrated expertise in Deal Desk processes
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing technology ecosystems
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong project management capabilities
