Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and strategic Brand Campaign Manager to lead, plan, and execute impactful brand campaigns that enhance our market presence and drive engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of branding, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior, ensuring campaigns align with business goals and resonate with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative brand campaigns that effectively communicate our vision and values to our target audience.
  • Manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of social media strategies across all platforms, including content creation and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product teams, to ensure campaign alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Utilize HubSpot and other platforms (including Demandbase) for campaign management, including email marketing campaigns, lead generation, and performance analysis.
  • Leverage LinkedIn for B2B marketing strategies, enhancing our professional network and engaging with industry professionals.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide detailed reports with insights and recommendations for future strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to continually improve our campaign effectiveness.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in brand campaign management and/or social media marketing.
  • Strong familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Demandbase (or similar programs) for CRM and campaign management.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign development and execution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in managing LinkedIn as a B2B marketing tool.
