Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and configuration. Ask internal teams and customers

targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem. Track issues through to resolution using Jira, within agreed time limits. Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g., software developers). Provide prompt and accurate feedback to internal teams and customers. Utilize SQL, DataDog, and developer tools to fully understand failure points. Ensure all issues are properly logged and delegated to the proper teams. Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time. Follow up with internal teams and clients to ensure their systems are fully functional after troubleshooting. Prepare accurate and timely reports via Tableau, Mode or Snowflake. Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals within Confluence, if you see a gap in documentation. Maintain jovial relationships with internal teams and clients.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree + 24 mths exp in Position/Software Quality Assurance Engineer.

Salary: $67,829.00/year.
