Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Key Account Representative to join our growing team. In this entry-level Key Account Representative role, you will support the management and growth of accounts, ensuring our clients receive outstanding service and value. Working closely with senior account managers and cross-functional teams, you will play a crucial part in maintaining client satisfaction and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of assigned key accounts, building strong and lasting client relationships.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally, and enabling CSM / COps as required.
  • Coordinate and communicate client needs with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports for internal and client review.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities for account growth and improvement.
  • Participate in meetings, presentations, and negotiations alongside senior account managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records in CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
