Data Operations & Performance Expert
The Data Operations & Performance Expert is responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and continuously improving the quality, performance, and reliability of operational data collected from Finished Vehicle partners and Overhaul’s OEM customers, while acting as a key relationship owner for customers within an assigned region.
This role is highly analytical and customer-facing, requiring a professional with strong data interpretation skills, a consultative mindset, and the ability to translate complex operational and performance data into clear, actionable insights for customers and internal stakeholders.
The Data Operations & Performance Expert plays a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across milestones and telematics events, while proactively supporting customer adoption, managing expectations, and strengthening long-term partnerships through data-driven performance discussions.
Primary Responsibilities
The Data Operations & Performance Expert is responsible for monitoring operational data performance at the VIN level, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, and serving as a trusted advisor to customers and partners.
Analyze VIN-level operational, milestone, and telematics data to assess performance, data quality, latency, and consistency across partners and regions.
Proactively identify data gaps, delays, anomalies, or recurring performance issues and coordinate corrective actions with partners and internal teams.
Act as a primary point of contact for customers within the assigned region, building strong, trust-based relationships focused on performance, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Translate operational and performance data into clear insights, narratives, and recommendations tailored to customer needs and business objectives.
Support customer adoption and effective use of the platform by explaining data behaviors, performance indicators, and operational impacts.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, product, engineering, and customer success) to resolve data issues and improve overall performance outcomes.
Monitor trends and systemic patterns impacting delivery performance, data reliability, or customer experience, escalating risks when appropriate.
Prepare, consolidate, and lead regular performance and operational review meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and is comfortable working with data in a customer-facing context.
2+ years of experience in data analysis, operations analytics, customer success, PMO, or related roles (preferred)
Strong analytical skills and experience working with operational or performance data
Language proficiency: Portuguese, Spanish, and English
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience analyzing reports and dashboards in Power BI or similar BI tools
Ability to evaluate trends, interpret historical data, and connect data insights to operational outcomes
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or data-driven topics to non-technical audiences
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams
Confidence to lead customer-facing meetings, performance reviews, and data-driven discussions

Monday-Friday from 8AM to 6PM
