Position Summary:

The Integrations Engineer at Overhaul plays a pivotal role in connecting and streamlining data flows across our supply chain risk management platforms. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust ETL pipelines that integrate data from a wide range of external and internal sources. Leveraging your expertise in Python, SQL, containerization, and cloud infrastructure, you will deliver scalable, reliable solutions that support both internal teams and customer-specific needs. This position requires strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple integration initiatives in a fast-paced environment. As an Engineer on the Integrations team, you will contribute directly to Overhaul’s mission of securing and optimizing supply chains worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Build & Maintain ETL Pipelines: Design, develop, and support ETL processes that move and transform data from multiple REST API sources to various destination systems.
• Develop Containerized Solutions: Write and maintain ETL code using Python and other programming languages, leveraging container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and scalability.
• Manage Complex Integrations: Coordinate and execute on multiple concurrent engineering initiatives, such as API migrations, writing openAPI schemas, and new system integrations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, understand integration needs, and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
• Troubleshooting & Monitoring: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues; maintain monitoring systems to ensure data flows reliably and efficiently.

Skills, Experience and Education Requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Programming Experience: 1+ years of experience with a high-level programming language (Python, Scala, R, Ruby, etc.), with a strong emphasis on Python.
• SQL Experience: Hands-on experience with SQL
• API Knowledge: Solid understanding of REST APIs, HTTP protocols, and web services.
• Containerization: Experience developing and deploying solutions with Docker and/or Kubernetes.
• Version Control: Proficient in using version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative software development practices.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• English and Spanish fluency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or related industries
• Familiarity with additional programming languages or ETL tools
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Azure services and cloud infrastructure.
