What You'll Do

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll act as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from Overhaul's solutions while fostering long-term partnerships.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders.

  • Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for assigned accounts.

  • Ensure contractual commitments and service expectations are successfully delivered.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide timely and effective solutions.

  • Monitor customer performance through KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Manage customer escalations with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.

  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strong business acumen with outstanding relationship management skills.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or another client-facing role.

  • Experience supporting customers in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or SaaS environments.

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive, customer-first mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
