Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, driving product adoption, delivering measurable customer value, and identifying opportunities for account growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage assigned accounts across the full customer lifecycle, including implementation, ongoing engagement, adoption, and value realization
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to assigned clients
- Promote the value of Overhaul products throughout client organizations and lead business transformation initiatives
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs, business objectives, and contracted scope
- Identify and pursue cross-sell and expansion opportunities, including Overhaul security solutions, partnering with Sales to grow existing accounts
- Partner with customers and service providers to improve VIN completeness, data integrity, and operational visibility across the full VIN lifecycle
- Develop and deliver clear, compelling messaging to existing and prospective clients about Overhaul technology, products, and value
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to create, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps
- Create and execute project plans, adapting as needed to evolving internal and external requirements while applying industry best practices
- Maintain client project documentation, including schedules, issue logs, risk registers, and meeting minutes, ensuring records are complete, current, and properly archived
- Identify, assess, and respond to project risks, minimizing adverse outcomes and capitalizing on positive developments
- Identify and track scope changes, platform changes, reporting requests, and other customer requests, escalating as needed to protect timelines, scope, and budget
- Lead quarterly business reviews focused on product adoption, measurable value creation, customer priorities, and growth opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years of client-facing project management, customer success, or account management experience in supply chain, automotive, logistics, or B2B SaaS
- Deep customer focus with a consistent track record of delivering exceptional service, measurable value, and strong customer outcomes
- Proven experience managing and growing enterprise accounts, including cross-sell and upsell motions
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize effectively, and make sound business decisions independently
- Strong cross-functional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage credibly at all levels, including executive and C-suite stakeholders
- Self-starter comfortable navigating ambiguity, changing requirements, and a fast-paced environment while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed
- Experience in a start-up, high-growth, or entrepreneurial environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Proficiency with AI-enabled productivity tools, including generative AI, with the ability to apply them responsibly to research, analysis, communication, and workflow efficiency
