The Role
Pixability puts you at the forefront of the fast-growing social advertising industry and gives you the opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands in the world while covering a variety of industries. As a YouTube channel expert, you’ll help own brands’ channels holistically from publishing calendars to channel updates to analytics and reporting. While working on multiple brands at once, you’ll effectively organize and track projects to ensure timely deliverables. You’ll work with our Channel Management team to manage the day-to-day client relationship and have a strong understanding of how brands can use YouTube to grow their organic social presence. This role is not just about helping upload YouTube videos - it is about understanding the impact and data behind those videos and being the expert on our brands’ channels.

Who You Are
You love your customers and provide ongoing, clear, and communicative support. Collaboration comes naturally to you as you work internally to address and fulfill customers' current needs and pragmatically predict future needs. You’re organized and goal-oriented to not only hit all client deadlines and requests but exceed their expectations. You are passionate about YouTube, understand it, and know all the trends. You’re a data nerd at heart and can use analytics to make informed observations and recommendations. Most of all, you’re fun, outgoing, and enjoy the feeling of a satisfied customer.
What You Bring to the Party
- 1-2 years as an Channel Manager, Account Manager, or YouTube Expert at a digital agency or brand
- YouTube experience either professionally or personally is a must
- Clear understanding of SEO and how it relates to YouTube
- Strong ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping track of client deliverables
- Pragmatic data analysis and reporting skills with a keen ability to distill data into clear and actionable takeaways
- Thrive in a fast-paced, self-starter environment with skills managing brands
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills, particularly around teamwork and clients
- Impeccable attention to detail and deadlines
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides is a must
- Photoshop experience a plus, but not required
This role must be in Boston. This is not a remote position.
