Duties And Responsibilities
Product Delivery Optimization
- Establish and implement scalable processes for delivering Claims-based RWD products and SaaS solutions to commercial stakeholders.
- Develop operational frameworks that ensure consistent product quality and timely releases.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, and RWD teams to streamline workflows for data modifications, quality control, and release management.
- Serve as the central coordination point for operational initiatives related to healthcare data products.
- Drive collaboration between Product, RWD, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Ensure alignment on priorities, dependencies, and timelines across all stakeholders.
- Translate product strategy into executable operational plans.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and process optimization.
- Develop comprehensive documentation including best practices, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Champion the adoption of new tools and technologies to enhance product operations.
- Create scalable frameworks that support company growth.
- Design and maintain dashboards providing visibility into product KPIs, timelines, and operational metrics.
- Generate actionable insights from operational data to drive continuous improvement.
- Implement measurement systems to track process efficiency and product performance.
- Partner with Product Managers throughout the product journey—from concept to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Oversee product documentation, release notes, and training materials.
- Manage complex product configurations and dependencies.
- Lead initiatives for the upcoming pay transparency products and payer/provider industry solutions
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS Product Operations or similar role.
- Proven track record of implementing and optimizing product delivery processes.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Productboard, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience with product analytics and performance tracking.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
- Healthcare industry experience, particularly with claims data (medical and pharmacy).
- Familiarity with healthcare code sets (ICD-10, CPT, NDC, HCPCS).
- Experience with Real-World Data (RWD) applications in Life Sciences, Payer/Provider sectors.
- Knowledge of data governance principles and practices.
- Experience with automation tools and process improvement methodologies.
- Background in healthcare SaaS product development.
