PurpleLab™ is seeking an Associate Account Executive to play a key role in supporting our sales efforts with agency buyers. You will work to build and nurture strong relationships, identify opportunities to grow accounts, and work with Customer Success teams to deliver audience and measurement solutions to our clients. This is an entry–level position with significant growth potential for those

eager to learn and excel in the healthcare marketing/data industry.

Duties And Responsibilities

Agency Relationship Management:

  • Assist in managing and developing relationships with agency buyers, media planners and ensuring we are mapping our capabilities to their objectives.
  • Support (Senior) Account Executives in day–to–day account upsell and cross–sell activities.
  • Build map of agency organization and help build and coordinate outreach plan.

Sales Support

  • Assist in identifying new opportunities to expand account relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare sales materials, proposals, and presentations to support client pitches.
  • Maintain up–to–date knowledge of our platform and services to effectively communicate value to clients.

Market Research And Insights

  • Stay informed about industry trends, agency client priorities, and competitive offerings.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to clients based on market insights and best practices.

  • Leverages resources (internal or external)…is not a lone–wolf and understands how to develop and nurture internal relationships…from other ICs to C–suite.
  • Great at building/maintaining external relationships – C–level to entry level.
  • Understands sales productivity / tracking tools – Salesforce/HubSpot.
