We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with a strong background in supporting legal and human resources staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative and organizational tasks, providing legal and HR support, and serving as a liaison between executives, clients, and other stakeholders.
Job Specific Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements
- Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Support HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Maintain confidential records and files, and ensure proper document management procedures are followed
- Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports as needed
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned by the executive team

Competencies And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, legal studies, human resources)
- At least 3 years of experience as an executive assistant, legal assistant, or HR coordinator
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of legal and HR practices and regulations is a plus
- Experience in the technology or mobile marketing industry is a plus
