SUMMARY

SBT is looking for a project manager to help take our company’s growth to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project functions and activities. Duties include owning projects within a fast-paced, complex cross-functional environment and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned toward successful delivery: on-time, within the scope and budget. It will be imperative that this person be highly organized with the ability to manage several concurrent projects.

JOB SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and coordinate multiple projects, from the initial plan phase to deployment.
• Develop the overall structure of projects and its activities, including evaluating requirements, plans and execution.
• Establish effective communications by coordinating and compiling project information for reviews with cross-functional team members & stakeholders.
• Effectively execute within complex situations with limited guidance while adhering to overall program objectives.
• Maintain clear communications and flow of information with internal and external parties within projects.
• Take ownership and assume full accountability for the overall success of projects.
• Establish a time-phased approach to projects and program deliverables.
• Ability to effectively interact with clients in addition to multiple internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate documentation deliverables for completeness and accuracy.

COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of applicable project management experience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working within an AGILE project setting
• PMP Certifications, advantageous
• Ability to work within a high-paced project environment
• Self-driven with the ability to work with little supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of change management
