About the Role

Our Key Account Executives are driven to improve our customer’s experience and grow customer relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing revenue within an assigned base of accounts. You will work closely with various internal stakeholders to leverage upsell and cross-sell opportunities and overall account management with a specific focus on revenue retention and growth.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and identify expansion opportunities within 50+ customer accounts to continue to grow strategic revenue targets
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Manage daily workflow within Salesforce to properly track sales funnel goals
  • Pipeline and forecasting management through Salesforce
  • Properly commit and manage to closing deals on time
  • Understand customer needs and upsell solutions to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders (Engineering, Customer Success, etc,) to identify any upsell opportunities and solve customer requirements
  • Develop a deep knowledge of customer’s business goals and success criteria
  • Maintain updated knowledge of our solutions and industry trends to communicate with existing customers

Competencies and Experience

  • 3-5 years of account management experience within a fast-paced SaaS technology vendor
  • 3-5 years of quota-carrying experience within an upsell / cross selling environment
  • Must have a good understanding of Payments Technology and the impact they have in the ARM industry
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of enterprise B2B technology
  • Ability to work under daily/weekly deadlines in a fast-changing work environment.
  • A proven track record of overachievement and achieving sales targets
  • Credibility in selling and building strong relationships within an enterprise level environment
  • Value-selling and Challenger experience preferred
  • Travel up to 25%. Attending conferences and customers regularly
  • Goal oriented personality with a strong desire to overachieve
  • Passion for increasing customer happiness and deepening customer relationships
  • BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience

  • Support the efforts of senior management and sales staff by maintaining business network of contacts as clients change roles and/or companies.
  • 40-50 hour work week in pursuit of company objectives
  • Ability to work out of a home office or the Dallas HQ
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as needed
  • Contribute to the professional culture within the office and the company overall
