Director, Product Marketing

Position Objectives
As Director, Product Marketing you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that effectively position Solutions by Text in the market and drive customer engagement and revenue growth. You will work closely with sales, product management, marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product messaging, market positioning and launch strategies.
What you will do
- Define and validate our ICP, TAM/SAM
- Build our solutions marketing playbook by developing industry-first use cases, messaging and solutions to help our team execute.
- Provide thought leadership guidance for campaigns, analyst influence and selling differentiation.
- Develop pricing and packaging strategies that drive new revenue opportunities.
- Craft clear and compelling narrative, positioning and messaging for the market, company, segments, platform, product and competitors.
- Create shareable collateral such as pitch decks, one sheets, case studies, videos, ROI calculators, proposal templates and business case templates.
- Bring new products (Tier 1) to market by driving xfn alignment and internal readiness; drive adoption through targeted GTM campaigns.
- Foster a meaningful relationship with product. Maintain deep understanding of current product, roadmap and competitive landscape. Ensure all PMM work is guided with intimate knowledge of the product and use cases.
- Build, nurture and support a high-performing team
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling messaging
- Ability to influence cross-functionally
- Results driven, detail-oriented with a bias for action
- Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills
