The Team

The People team’s purpose is to identify workforce needs and support and develop our people in order to support Company growth initiatives. We creating opportunities, deliver programs, and maintain processes that enable our TripleLifters to do their best work!

The Role

The HR Advisor for Switzerland and Germany will be a key strategic partner for TripleLift in its goal to improve collaboration and operational efficiencies across the organization. They will act as the main contact for payroll, benefits and policies and processes related to these markets and support the HR Director with operational efficiencies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

HR

  • PeopleOps for Switzerland and Germany and EoR countries
  • Support monthly payroll for all Germany, Switzerland and EoR employees
  • Update any monthly contributions or payouts on the GP platform
  • Submit monthly payroll to Germany and Switzerland payroll provider
  • Partner with Finance to pay salary and social security payments
  • Support new hires in Germany, Switzerland and for the EoR employees
  • Administer global HR-related documentation, such as new starter forms, right to work
  • Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
  • Review and update HR intranet pages and ensure that information is correct and up to date
  • Assist with administration in regards to benefits and audits
  • Maintain HR records and produce reports, letters and notices as required
  • Support ad hoc HR projects
  • Partner with ERG groups globally, providing support through regular meetings
  • Be a key stakeholder in ensuring overall People strategies are supported by efficient operational processes
  • Provide support to the global social and culture committee, attend meetings, take notes and support local leads to coordinate events

Immigration

  • Proactively manage the renewals for all visas through the Envoy platform/ external agents
  • Provide admin support for new visas - gathering information required for applications
  • Implement and manage an internal tracker for all TL sponsored visas
  • Review & audit our current global mobility and immigration processes and policies

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an HR advisor (2-3 years), HR consultant or similar role
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time/ workload effectively
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability and confidence to communicate with senior management and global employees
  • Hands-on experience with IT programs and HR systems
  • Speak fluent English and German
