The Team

Triple Lift’s Finance team drives financial excellence for the company through timely reporting and decision support. They collaborate with teams across the organization optimizing resources and providing long-term value for both out employees and our investors.

The Role

Triple Lift’s finance function is seeking an FP&A analyst that will drive financial excellence through timely reporting and decision support. The analyst will be responsible for supporting senior management in budgeting, forecasting, and analysis in areas of sales, revenue, and operating expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for various business units and projects.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.
  • Maintain monthly/quarterly forecast.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management reporting package.
  • Assist in other areas within the Finance/Accounting group; allocation of expenses across the company, accruals, manage cost center structure, expense tracking, reclassifications.
  • Continuously improve financial models, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

  • 2+ Years of experience in financial analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel and Financial modeling
  • Understanding of GAAP accounting and financial statements
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of management.
  • High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines.
  • Naturally curious and eager to learn.
  • Experience with Adaptive or similar financial planning software preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with Looker and PowerBI is a plus.

US Jobs: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the TripleLift US salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of TripleLift’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Pay is based on various non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, and skills.
