The Role

We are seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to join our People Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with at least two years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to US payroll and benefits administration. The successful candidate will support HR processes, assist with office coordination, and help foster a positive workplace community.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Administration:
    • Assist with onboarding and off-boarding processes for employees.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Payroll & Benefits Support:
    • Process US payroll using ADP WorkforceNow
    • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and answer related queries.
    • Maintain accurate records for payroll and benefits documentation.
  • Office Coordination/Community Management support:
    • Serve as a backup point of contact for office-related inquiries and support.
    • Assist with planning and executing office events and initiatives
    • Partner with the office operations team in NY to cultivate a positive office culture through engagement activities.
  • General Support:
    • Provide general administrative support to the operations team as needed.
    • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to US payroll and benefits administration.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Attributes:
    • Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented.
    • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
    • Interest in office operations and community building.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ADP WFN, CultureAmp, HiBob
  • Familiarity with US benefits administration
  • Previous experience in office coordination or community management
US Jobs: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the TripleLift US salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of TripleLift’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Pay is based on various non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, and skills.
