Role

The Publisher Operations team at TripleLift serves as the center of excellence for all publisher-side integrations, driving seamless setup and troubleshooting across various advertising formats including Native, Display, CTV and Video. As the Senior Publisher Operations Manager, you will take a leading role in enabling successful monetisation of our Premium Publishers. You will collaborate with internal teams such as Publisher Client Services, Publisher Development, Yield and Engineering to optimise publisher revenue, solve complex technical issues and guide integration best practices.

Your daily activities will include onboarding publisher’s inventory, analysing and resolving integration discrepancies, decisioning on optimal setup strategies, running reports to validate successful integration launches and enabling demand across TripleLift’s programmatic channels. You will also leverage advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve technical challenges, using debugging tools and collaborating with engineering when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and consult on integration best practices to ensure seamless publisher setups and drive adoption of new formats.
  • Oversee the integration lifecycle - monitor performance, launch new inventory, identify optimisation opportunities, set up reports and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Monitor KPIs such as fill rate, latency and match rates to assess integration health and make data driven optimisation recommendations.
  • Conduct regular health checks to correct configuration errors, optimise placements and update legacy setups
  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues using debugging tools (Charles, Chrome DevTools, Postman) and escalating to engineering or solutions teams when applicable.
  • Manage your workload within the CRM system Salesforce utilizing Salesforce Cases.
  • Launch experiments in conjunction with our Yield Team and publisher clientele to advance monetization strategies and techniques;
  • Utilise knowledge of HTML and CSS, resolve publisher placement render issues.
  • Act as a technical consultant during the pre-sales process, advising on recommendations and wrapper knowledge

Qualifications

  • Ad Trafficking experience with strong knowledge of Google Ad Manager and Google Publisher Tag technologies;
  • Proven knowledge of Prebid.js and server side technologies
  • Previous experience working at an SSP/DSP
  • Experience of managing and resolving discrepancies
  • Strong troubleshooting experience
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills;
  • Extremely strong and demonstrable work ethic;
  • Ability to work individually and collaboratively to drive business forward;
  • Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work quickly and independently with minimal oversight;
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to accept feedback and constructive critique positively;
  • Strives for continued learning opportunities;

Additional & Desirable skills:

  • Experience of managing cases within Salesforce
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JS, SQL, testing and debugging (Postman), browser Dev Tools

Education Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications or a related discipline is preferred, though candidates with relevant experience who hold other degrees will be considered.

Minimum 4 years of working experience for an SSP/DSP
