- Oversee paid social, digital media, and emerging B2B channel investments, building campaigns aligned to account journey stage and optimizing continuously against engagement, cost efficiency, and pipeline impact.
- Lead marketing operations, eliminating manual workflows, integrating cross-channel signals into Salesforce, and building closed-loop reporting that ties marketing activity to revenue outcomes.
- Partner with the CRO and regional sales leaders on target account lists, pipeline coverage, campaign priorities, and regional revenue goals, supporting live opportunities through digital sales rooms and personalized materials.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team across events, paid media, social, and marketing operations, establishing performance metrics tied to pipeline and revenue.
