About the Role
As a Specialist with the Private Client Group (PCG) at Yieldstreet, you’ll be part of a fast-growing team, working closely with PCG’s client consultants to manage the servicing needs of high-net-worth clients. You bring experience delivering white-glove service and have the ability to effectively communicate with clients. You are a self-starter, eager to realize your full potential, and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. In this role, you will build and nurture client relationships, maintain and update data in Salesforce, and gather valuable feedback from clients to enhance their experience.

What you’ll do:
PCG Specialists at Yieldstreet have the opportunity to wear many different hats, including:
- Working alongside seasoned Client Consultants to service the needs of our HNW clients with the ultimate goal of increasing their assets invested at Yieldstreet
- Collaborating with cross functional teams to find solutions to the needs of our clients.
- Develop ongoing financial acumen as it pertains to the complexities of the alternative investment industry and private debt/equity markets
- Being mindful of your metrics and leveraging data to drive decision making
- Connect with recent platform sign-ups to discuss the value proposition of the Private Client Group and qualify them for a handoff to a client consultant
- Provide an unmatched level of service to our best clients ensuring their needs are met and they are left feeling like they are the most valued client of the company
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Up to 3 years of prior work experience in a relevant field
- 2+ years of prior experience providing white glove service to high net worth individuals.
- Intellectual curiosity with the ability to apply what is learned; willing to develop effective persuasion, relationship management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate comfortably and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Genuine interest in investment management / financial services industry
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to track and manage numerous service requests ensuring timely responses and follow ups
- You are curious; always looking for an opportunity to learn, grow and give/receive feedback
- Commercially savvy with ability to exercise discretion with respect to highly confidential/sensitive information
- Integrity, ethical standards and sound judgment
