This role requires exceptional project management skills, a passion for process improvement, and a collaborative approach to driving change.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in both project and program management and possess a strong understanding of business operations. They will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects, aligning resources, managing stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute operations and continuous improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects meet objectives, timelines, and budgetary targets.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, clearly outlining goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing for new operational initiatives.
Oversee all aspects of project management, including risk management, stakeholder communication, change management, and resource allocation.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, fostering communication and ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and objectives.
Track and analyze project performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Continuously evaluate existing business operations and processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, encouraging innovative ideas and approaches.
Facilitate meetings, decision-making processes, and initiatives related to process improvement and change management.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in project or program management.
Demonstrated experience managing operations and continuous improvement projects.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credentials preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Proficiency with Jira preferred.
