Key responsibilities:

• Consulting, Design and development work with the inContact and Microsoft Teams Voice platform
• Providing database design, development, and enhancement, as well as management and coordination of changes to existing CRM applications
• Providing process, data and object modeling in a variety of application and database environments.
• Providing technical architecture analysis, design, development, and enhancement

professional experience:

• MS office knowledge (excel, project plans, smartsheet, visio)
• Broad skills in both technology & analysis
• Strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication (Written and Verbal) interpersonal skills
• Cloud experience a plus
• Experience in supporting worldwide customers/Business Partners
• Desired personal profile: analytical, inquisitive, service & team-oriented, friendly demeanor, early adopter
• Present a professional image in conduct, attitude and attire

Qualifications:

• BS/BA in technical (e.g., Computer Science/Information Systems) field or equivalent work experience required.
• 6-10 years of relevant experience

work environment:

• A standard work week exists but with the understanding that additional time/effort outside of the usual parameters can /will occur based upon the overall needs of the integration, where deadlines exist and when necessary due to the needs of the integration team.
• A standard business environment exists with moderate noise levels.
• Ability to lift and move approximately thirty (30) pounds on a non-routine basis.
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
