Key Responsibilities:

Office 365/Zoom Implementation and Migration:

  • Plan, design, and execute the deployment of Office 365 collaboration tools and services, adhering to best practices and security standards.
  • Lead migration efforts from legacy collaboration systems to Office 365, ensuring minimal disruption and data integrity.

SharePoint Management:

  • Configure and manage SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and permissions to support efficient document management and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint-based workflows and customizations to automate business processes.
  • PowerShell scripting
  • 3rd party Migration tools for legacy sites.

Microsoft Teams Deployment and Administration:

  • Set up and manage Microsoft Teams, including voice, channels, tabs, apps, and integration with other Office 365 services like webhooks or other MS add-ons.
  • Collaborate with users to create Teams governance policies and guidelines.
  • PowerShell scripting

OneDrive for Business:

  • Configure and optimize OneDrive for Business to enable secure file storage, sharing, and synchronization for individual users. Manage Sites, sharing and offboarding personal data to Team sites.
  • PowerShell Scripting

Exchange Online:

  • Manage Exchange Online settings, such as email policies, distribution lists, and mailbox configurations.
  • Mail flow routing- managing Internal and External Connectors, Rules and 3rd party Services.
  • Retention Policies

  • Troubleshoot email-related issues and implement appropriate solutions.

Collaboration and Training:

  • Provide technical guidance and training to end-users on how to effectively use Office 365 collaboration tools.
  • Promote adoption of Office 365 applications to enhance teamwork and productivity.

Security and Compliance:

  • Implement security measures and policies to safeguard Office 365 collaboration environments.

Integration and Support:

  • Integrate Office 365 with other enterprise systems and third-party applications, as needed.
  • Provide Tier 3 support for complex collaboration issues and incidents escalated from the help desk.

Monitoring and Performance Optimization:

  • Monitor the performance and health of Office 365 services and take proactive actions to optimize performance and user experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Min of 2 years managing a Microsoft Online Tenant and resources that include: E1, E3 and E5 users in an environment of 1000 user or more.
  • PowerShell scripting for MS online Modules.
  • Solid experience in deploying, configuring, and administering Office 365 collaboration tools and services.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint administration, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Power BI and Exchange Online.
  • Strong understanding of Office 365 security and compliance features.
  • Familiarity with integration techniques between Office 365 and other enterprise systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: SharePoint Administrator Associate) are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Zoom knowledge and working experience added advantage.
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience.
