Lead ongoing capacity planning initiatives throughout the year, collaborating with teams to gather, refine, and validate inputs.
Partner with Finance and HR departments to integrate engineering, product, and client operations headcount into the annual and quarterly plans.
Oversee and refine the capacity model & future state tooling to ensure accurate forecasting and effective capacity utilization.
Translate highly technical concepts into simpler terms to be understood by non-technical audiences through thought leadership in trainings, documentation, and other forms.
Lead and develop for future state capacity tooling, ensuring the tools are aligned with our business needs.
Regularly monitor capacity data, comparing planned vs. actual utilization, and provide insights to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) & team leads.
Collaborate cross-functionally, potentially with resources from Finance, Corporate Strategy, and Business Operations.
Travel - 20%to 25%
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of scrum and agile methodologies and working knowledge of common technical languages and processes (e.g. JQL/SQL, Github, PRs, sprint planning etc.)
Proven experience in operations, project management, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for data-driven decision-making.
Proficient in planning tools and methodologies.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, particularly within technical teams.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
