As a member of our Procurement and Facilities team, you'll play a key role in supporting P2P and Facilities by providing data and analytical reporting to support KPIs and compliance metrics. Perform advanced data analysis, complex models, and analyze cross-functional data types from a variety of systems. Utilizes knowledge around procurement processes, functions, and solutions to identify data reporting requirements and create solutions to meet P2P and Facilities objectives.

This is a hybrid role with an expectation that the associate can be in the office regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs complex analyses by integrating different data sources to provide key data/compliance metrics for P2P such as: supplier diversity, due diligence reporting, spend health and compliance, contract spend analytics, supplier performance, T&E compliance

  • Conducts advanced data architecture, develops KPIs/metrics, and designs data reporting and analytics processes.

  • Prepares dashboard and scorecards, pulling data from multiple systems and synthesizing data into summary form.

  • Creates complex, advanced models and methodologies to identify critical insights and create meaningful measurements to drive business results and assess performance and compliance.

  • Prepare comprehensive, compelling data stories, to highlight P2P health assessment, objectives opportunities.

  • Collaborates to identify, define, and solve a variety of problems and support P2P initiatives.

  • Presents and communicates information to all levels of the organization.

  • Performs complex analyses by integrating different data sources to drive strategic actions around procurement.

  • Creates and optimizes procurement outputs and deliverables (i.e. procurement reports, dashboards, etc.) to drive measurable business results.

  • Develop and document data management standards and timelines.

  • Service as subject matter expert in Procurement Analytics.

  • Ensures data quality and reliability for all streams of procurement data.

  • Support teams by assisting with various cross-departmental initiatives and projects.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

  • 5-7 years of closely related experience in reporting and analytics for medium to large company

  • Understanding of the source-to-pay process

  • ERP experience preferred in automated procurement systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP)

  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite. (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Advanced usage of charting software to summarize data trends and messages

  • Strong written, verbal, negotiation, and planning skills.

  • Have a “hands on”, action-oriented approach, working in a fast-paced environment to solve problems effectively and creatively while maintaining a high level of flexibility and professionalism.

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience developing reporting on function status and areas for improvement.

  • Ability to be creative and develop out-of-the box solutions and to work with abstract concepts to develop strategies and opportunities.

  • Ability to analyze, evaluate and present complex results to varied audiences.

  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent organizational skills
