Technical Workday Practice Lead
Location and Workplace Flexibility:
We have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Workday Practice Lead to join our team. This role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment. The ideal candidate will manage our Workday relationship, oversee projects and prioritization, ensure control and compliance, and provide daily support and ongoing maintenance.
Manage the Workday environment and provide technology support for implementations and business functions, troubleshoot issues, plus manage controls and governance.
Business Liaison:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business needs and processes.
Function as a liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Partner with business units to conduct data analysis, generate trends and insights, and support decision-making and process improvements.
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
Workday Relationship Management:
Partner with the Workday Customer Relationship Manager and Account Executive to review Workday installations and practices.
Manage and maintain the Workday tenants, renewals, and licenses.
Work with Workday Account Management for renewals and new products to meet business needs.
Projects and Prioritization:
Identify Workday needs across the organization and work to prioritize them.
Guide stakeholders through the implementation process, ensuring that the system meets their needs.
Control and Compliance:
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Workday system.
Recommend changes to improve efficiencies and implement best practices.
Maintain system documentation, ensuring that all system changes are well-documented.
Implement processes to support audit controls and change management practices.
Daily Support and Ongoing Maintenance:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
Assist in resolving system issues promptly.
Provide training to end-users on new functionalities and support them in using the system effectively.
Offer day-to-day support for Workday-related queries and issues.

Required Experience:
Must have a minimum of 4+ years Workday experience
Preferred Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
Workday HCM, Finance and Adaptive and business analysis
