Senior Change Management Analyst

Overview:
The Globalization team is responsible for executing Zelis’ globalization strategy and subsequent changes associated with our expansion plans. We are seeking a senior Change Management analyst to be a bridge between change infusers, leadership, and key stakeholders, helping the organization navigate the complexities of transformation initiatives while minimizing disruption and ensuring that the desired outcomes are achieved. The senior Change Management analyst is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing change initiatives and focuses on ensuring that changes are well-received, adopted, and integrated smoothly into the business’s culture, processes, and systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with any of the change frameworks and can help with moving us from the current state to the desired state. This role will collaborate with US and India teams.
Previous experience in change strategy or learning and development execution through management consulting, or an in-house strategy team is a plus.
Key responsibilities:
Create a Change Management Strategic Plan, identifying key stakeholders and setting clear goals for the strategic plan
Create a Program-level Readiness Plan and checklist to support change management for internal transformation initiatives
Work with stakeholders to develop a uniform message on change for organizational impact, identify and address sources of resistance to change
Create a Change Impact Assessment document which will assess how the change with the client impacts various aspects of the organization
Create and facilitate training sessions, coaching workshops and support/office hours sessions for organization members facing obstacles with change, work with stakeholders to build buy-in
Serve as the key advisor to leaders on change management strategies
Produce documentation of the change process, including lessons learned, outcomes and challenges
Provide regular reports to leadership and stakeholders
Provide continuous coaching to client leadership and stakeholders to ensure they understand their roles to drive change
Facilitate “whiteboard” sessions with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define business processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in learning and development or operational research or related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in change management-related programs (stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, digital communication and engagement, training development and support and business readiness)
Experience using collaborative, process management and diagramming tools such as Miro, Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucid Chart etc.
Experience leveraging Agile best practices/methodologies to dynamically manage multiple projects with work in progress that may have dependencies
Experience working with leadership, business stakeholders
Expert in creating meaningful visualizations based on target audience
Proven ability to communicate the requirements, feedback, and status of target
Proven ability to communicate timeline considerations, escalation levers, deliverable contingencies, and completion goals
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
