KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Warehouse Liaison
- Collaborating with adjacent team members and departments, ensure the Snowflake data warehouse architecture has the appropriate SalesForce.com objects, fact tables and dimension tables to support RevOps reporting
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure data alignment and reporting accuracy
- Act as a trusted advisor, building and maintaining relationships with technology leaders and Business stakeholders as an effective spokesperson and developer of solutions for complex business challenges.
Sales & Performance Analysis
- Build out and execute on a powerful data visualization strategic plan for commercial performance dashboards through BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, SIGMA). This is inclusive of views for business reviews and ongoing analysis such as pipeline trending, win/loss, rep performance, lead generation on a BI platform; With complimentary reports and dashboards in the CRM.
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and prioritize requirements based on business needs.
- Provide performance insights through data set analysis, quantify key performance trends, and contextualize results.
- Develop and implement operational and technological solutions to reduce sales forecasting error, enabling more consistency and reliability
Location and Workplace Flexibility: We have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India. We foster a hybrid and remote friendly culture and all of our employee's work locations are based on the needs of the position and determined by the Leadership team. In-office work and activities, if applicable, vary based on the work and team objectives in accordance with Company policies.
