We are seeking an experienced People & Culture (P&C) Analyst to join our team. Responsible for supporting the configuration and optimization of Workday, this role requires strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members while delivering quality results.
Key Responsibilities
Support configuration, operation, and optimization of Workday – primarily in Performance, Recruiting, and Talent.
Serve as subject matter expert, address user questions, analyze and troubleshoot system issues, provide timely and effective resolutions.
Work closely with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system configuration options and solutions.
Provide production support including analysis and troubleshooting of issues related to configuration, business process, integrations, data, or other processing issues.
Stay updated on Workday enhancements and best practices to continuously improve system functionality to improve current processes.
Support Workday releases in regression testing and review of changes that will impact current business processes. Evaluate new features/functionality and recommend solutions/alternatives to better innovate and automate processes.
Ensure that defined application and change controls are maintained and followed.
Investigate and resolve interface issues between third-party vendors and internal systems, such as HiredScore, HireRight, CFirst and LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in related field with 2-3 years' experience, or 4+ years equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2+ years’ Workday configuration experience required with demonstrated ability implementing and optimizing functionality across multiple areas of HCM.
Hands-on experience and expertise in the Workday platform (reporting, business objects, organizations, business processes, tenant setup, integrations and EIBs, security, etc.).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong ethics and integrity.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Ability to work well under pressure and make informed decisions.
Strong technical aptitude and an analytical mindset with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues.
Ability to balance multiple priorities with accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness due to strong organizational skills.
Ability to partner with other team members to achieve results.
