Position Overview
Endpoint Manager Engineer with expertise in Intune management, application deployment, vulnerability remediation, asset management, and system reimaging,Key Responsibilities:
Desktop Deployment and Configuration:
- Install, configure, and deploy desktop computers, laptops, and related peripherals for new employees and existing users.
- Ensure that desktop systems are set up according to the organization's security policies, software standards, and best practices.
- Monitor and manage operating system updates and patches for desktop systems.
Software Management
- Package applications in Intune and/or SCCM with the necessary settings for deployment to end-user desktops.
- Manage the software versions in the environment to ensure the latest stable version is deployed to end-user desktops.
- Using Intune and/or SCCM to update and patching applications on end user desktops to ensure they are up to date with security fixes and feature updates.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Added advantage someone has Intune knowledge and working experience.
- Proficiency in desktop operating systems (e.g., Windows) and productivity software.
- Knowledge of desktop hardware, peripherals, and network connectivity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing exceptional support.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
