Position Overview
The Revenue Ops Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights for our clients. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure data accuracy, optimize data processes, and support business decisions with data-driven insights.objECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in requirements sessions to understand business needs and come up with recommendations and visualizations that can best achieve the needs of the business.
- Provide input and assist in designing reporting schemas that will be used in the dashboard - based on understanding of metrics and dimensions expected in report specification.
- Identify data sources as appropriate for business analysis, aggregate data files where necessary, and build data models to generate insights.
- Develop dashboards of varying complexity, making sure functionality is aligned with business requirements.
- Responsible for merging worksheets and dashboards from other members of the team and publishing to the servers.
- Identify inefficiencies in data reporting and develop business processes that enhance reporting process.
- Responsible for validating dashboards and play a significant role in maintaining data quality.
- Research new features and implement to dashboards.
What You Will bring:
- At least 3 years of experience working in Business Intelligence
- Experience with Microsoft BI or Tableau
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Work with large data sets including variance analysis and reporting
- Ability to recommend visualization that is appropriate for the type of analysis that the business users will perform
- Ability to accurately document and communicate reporting requirements.
- Healthcare data experience a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance and Statistics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the healthcare or financial services industry.
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
- Familiarity with additional data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
