Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MAC Engineer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience managing Apple environments using JAMF. The ideal candidate will support the deployment, configuration, security, and maintenance of macOS devices in a corporate environment. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, familiarity with endpoint management with best practices, and the ability to work collaboratively with IT and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support macOS devices across the organization using JAMF Pro.

• Deploy, configure, and maintain macOS systems, applications, and security policies.

• Create and manage configuration profiles, policies, and scripts within JAMF.

• Support device enrollment (ABM), provisioning, and lifecycle management.

• Troubleshoot macOS hardware, software, and networking issues.

• Package and deploy applications for macOS environments.

• Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and IT policies.

• Monitor system health, patch compliance, and software updates.

• Support identity and access integrations (e.g., Azure AD, Okta)

• Assist in documentation of processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

• Collaborate with global IT teams to support enterprise initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing macOS environments.

• 3+ years of experience administering JAMF Pro.

• Strong knowledge of macOS architecture and troubleshooting.

• Experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment.

• Understanding macOS security best practices.

• Knowledge of software packaging and deployment processes.

• Familiarity with MDM concepts and endpoint management.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• JAMF Certified Associate (JAMF 100) or higher certification.

• Experience with SSO and identity providers (Okta, Azure AD, etc.).

• Exposure ITIL processes and service management tools.

• Experience working in a global enterprise environment.
