Position Overview

This role is responsible for leading complex business systems analysis initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in business processes and technology solutions, acting as a strategic partner to stakeholders. The analyst independently manages large-scale projects, designs innovative solutions, and ensures alignment with organizational goals. They serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for junior analysts.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead requirements gathering for highly complex business processes and systems.

• Analyze and optimize enterprise-level workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.

• Develop detailed functional and technical specifications for system enhancements and new implementations.

• Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

• Conduct advanced data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.

• Oversee system testing, including integration, performance, and user acceptance testing.

• Provide expert guidance on system architecture, configuration, and best practices.

• Mentor and provide knowledge transfer to junior analysts and project team members.

• Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to meet business needs.

• Mentor team members and establish best practices for systems analysis, testing, and deployment.

• Collaborate across departments to drive innovation and support successful delivery of projects.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and documentation for stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring to Zelis:

• Typically has Bach. +8 yrs; Masters +6 yrs Attends company training and regional training in area of expertise. Presents own work to members of department and external consultants and external professional conferences, Collaborates externally

• Requires proficiency using AI tools skillfully with an understanding of how to develop/create intelligent prompts and/or agents.

• Mastery of business process analysis and enterprise system design.

• Strong leadership and project management skills.

• Advanced proficiency in data modeling, analytics, and documentation tools.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to work independently on strategic and complex assignments.

• Expertise in ERP systems, workflow automation, and integration technologies.

• Familiarity with compliance standards and industry regulations.

Base Salary Range

$105,000.00 - $133,000.00

At Zelis we are committed to providing fair and equitable compensation packages. The base salary range allows us to make an offer that considers multiple individualized factors, including experience, education, qualifications, as well as job-related and industry-related knowledge and skills, etc. Base pay is just one part of our Total Rewards package, which may also include discretionary bonus plans, commissions, or other incentives depending on the role.
