Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our global Marketing team in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for designing visually compelling presentations and a wide range of marketing collateral that align with Zelis’ brand identity and support our go-to-market efforts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling through design and able to distill complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality, on-brand creative work with strong attention to detail while maintaining consistently high standards. A Graphic Designer at Zelis must aspire to be more than a pixel pusher.

Objectives and Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing slide designs, templates, and layouts that align with the company's brand guidelines and enhance the message's visual impact.
• Utilize animation and transition effects wisely to enhance the flow and comprehension of presentations.
• Ensure consistency in design, typography, color schemes, and overall aesthetic to adhere with the brand's image.
• Collaborate with content creators, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to transform complex ideas and data into clear, concise, and visually engaging presentations.
• Well-versed in fundamental design principles and innovative design trends.

What You Will bring:

• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing compelling PowerPoint presentations, ideally within a corporate or professional setting.
• BS/BA or equivalent plus 4+ years of demonstrated experience in a graphic designer role within a corporate marketing department and /or agency.
• Knowledge of animation and multimedia integration within PowerPoint.
• Mastery in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite to create visually striking presentations.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles.
• The ability to meet tight deadlines and work with stakeholders at all levels across the organization with a sense of urgency, positive attitude, and flexibility is essential to success.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly) and the ability to apply them responsibly to enhance creative development and efficiency.
• Ability to conceptualize, design, illustrate and execute a portfolio of print and digital marketing materials.
• Must display exceptional attention to detail in design, planning, organization, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
